Paul Gutierrez is a managing partner with Genesis Group and Associates who specializes in educational outreach, stakeholder engagement, community organizing, and communications.

He has a diverse range of social service experience working with various groups and populations within Southern California. From hands on work with patients in the mental/behavioral health sector, program development for the Transition Aged Youth (TAY) population, community event planning and facilitating, to physician relations, public speaking opportunities, and health care related outreach and engagement, Paul has built a strong set of skills which have proven to be successfully when supporting his clients.

His work with the California State Department of Health Care Services, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health contracted Mental Health Clinics, California State University Los Angeles Health Psychology laboratory, and other social service organizations match his compassion and drive to bring support and opportunity to the community.
